At Music City Leadership Cooperative, we are rooted in the historic and orthodox Christian faith while seeking to embody the spirit of unity expressed by Jesus in John 17. We believe that by doing so we are testifying that Jesus is who He said He is. 

We affirm the following core beliefs:

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe in the life, teachings, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who reveals God's love and offers redemption to the world.

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God and serves as a guiding authority for faith and practice.

We believe that all people are created in the image of God and are deeply valued and loved by Him.

We believe in the call of every Christian to live a life marked by love, humility, justice, and service.

As an organization, we recognize that faithful Christians may hold differing views on secondary theological matters. In alignment with the prayer of Jesus in John 17, we commit to pursuing unity over division, choosing collaboration, humility, and mutual respect as we work together.

We believe that unity does not require uniformity, and we seek to create a community where individuals from various Christian traditions can serve side by side with a shared commitment to the mission of God.

We also affirm that God is at work in the world beyond the boundaries of our organization.  As such, we willingly partner with individuals and organizations of different faiths or no faith, recognizing that God can use anyone to accomplish good for the flourishing of Nashville.

In all things, we desire to reflect the heart of Christ, seek the good of our city, serve others with humility, and bear witness to the love and unity found in Him.
