Together we are connecting caring adults, community organizations, and young people through consistent mentorship and leadership development. Over the next year, we are building a core team of leaders from around the city who will help launch the program in Fall 2027.

This Core Team is responsible for the creation and implementation of the mentoring Programs at Music City Leadership Cooperative. The work done between June 2026 and August 2027 will establish the foundation of Leadership Cooperative’s youth mentoring model, including systems, culture, and long-term vision for impact across the city.

Core Team Members of Leadership Cooperative’s Mentoring Programs serve as foundational builders of a new youth mentoring initiative designed to develop young people (ages 7–17) through consistent, intentional relationships and a long-term vision for leadership development in Nashville.

This is both a hands-on mentoring role and a program development role. Core Team Members will actively mentor a student while also helping shape the systems, structure, and future vision of the mentoring program.
