Core Team Members of Leadership Cooperative’s Mentoring Programs serve as foundational builders of a new youth mentoring initiative designed to develop young people (ages 7–17) through consistent, intentional relationships and a long-term vision for leadership development in Nashville.
This is both a hands-on mentoring role and a program development role. Core Team Members will actively mentor a student while also helping shape the systems, structure, and future vision of the mentoring program. You can view a full role description here.
