Charity to Change empowers the Church to be the answer to the needs of Nashville. This initiative designed to help churches and church collaboratives move beyond short-term charity models toward long-term community change.
Through a nine-month journey of online learning, personalized coaching, and collaborative action, church leaders gain practical tools, deeper understanding of their local communities, and strategies to respond to the most pressing needs in their city. Each city cohort learns together, develops actionable plans, and works collectively to create meaningful, sustainable impact.
Meetings will be 90 minutes long, once a month. Tentatively these meetings will happen the second Tuesday of the month over lunch. Offical times will be determined this fall and will consider the availablity of those interested.
Plan on 2-3 hours a month of personal reflection outside of the meeting times. Videos and additional resources will be provided.
